Eric Adelman has been a leader in the recruitment industry since 2006, building a track record of success in scaling high-growth teams.
Before founding Medical Talent Pros, Eric launched and led Three Pillars Recruiting, a top executive search firm specializing in digital media and ad technology. Under his leadership, Three Pillars grew into a 40-person team, partnering with dozens of the industry’s fastest-growing startups (20-400 employees) to scale their teams nationally across all functions and levels.
After successfully exiting Three Pillars in 2019, Eric saw a critical need in the healthcare industry—a sector facing persistent staffing shortages and increasing patient demand. He recognized that the same high-impact recruiting strategies used to scale fast-growing startups could be applied to healthcare organizations, ensuring they had the right talent to thrive.
